Pastor Ed Bechtel is an ordained minister with Mark Barclay Ministries and a member of the Preachers of Righteousness Network. With over 30 years of ministry experience, he has been the pastor at Hope Worship Center since its establishment in 2013.

Prior to his role as pastor, he served as a children's minister and praise and worship leader. He and his wife Le Ann founded One Flesh Ministries in 2007, specializing in counseling troubled marriages.

Before becoming a pastor, she worked with children, was part of the praise and worship team, and co-founded One Flesh Family Ministries. Her warmth, wisdom, and decades of real-world experience make her an anchor of this congregation.
